Background
Corey built Tactical Grooming with Krista and runs everything that is not a pair of clippers, from booking to the written standards that keep the floor safe and consistent.
He spent nearly twenty years building reliable systems before applying the same approach here.
The shop was deliberately designed around structure, consistency and professionalism rather than personality or hype. That matters especially to military members and first responders, who tend to notice immediately whether an operation is actually run or just open.
He is not a barber and does not pretend to be. His job is to think about the things the people in the chairs do not have time to think about while somebody is sitting in front of them.
